Third call for applications for the 43rd Annual Congress of the Spanish Society of Biomedical Engineering (CASEIB 2025). The new deadline for submitting scientific contributions is: 5 September 2025

The congress, under the motto "Innovating in technology for health and quality of life", will offer a multidisciplinary environment for scientific exchange and innovation in the field of Biomedical Engineering.

In addition to the general scientific program, this edition includes three special sessions on emerging issues of great impact:

·  Biomaterials and advanced therapies
New solutions based on smart materials, tissue engineering, and cell therapies to address complex medical challenges.

·  Nanomedicine
Applications of nanotechnology in diagnosis and treatment, with controlled release systems, biosensors, and point-of-care devices.

·  Neurotechnologies
Advances in brain-computer interfaces, exoskeletons, neuroprosthetics, and systems for cognitive assistance, rehabilitation, and enhancement.

The congress also covers a wide range of thematic areas reflecting the diversity and richness of the countryside.

Likewise, CASEIB 2025 actively promotes the participation of undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students, who will be eligible for awards and recognition through various contribution modalities:
