JTC2025 information day
The European Partnership for Personalised Medicine, EP PerMed, supported by the European Union under the Horizon Europe programme, Grant Agreement No 101137129, has launched its second Joint Transnational Call (JTC2025) for proposals on “Pharmacogenomic strategies for personalised medicine approaches (PGxPM2025)”. In total, 35 funding organisations are participating in this call with an available budget of more than €36,5 million (approximately).
The call will be implemented in two stages, namely a pre-proposal phase and a full proposal phase.

El NIH Common Fund is organizing an informative webinar on a new funding opportunity for the Complementary Animal Research in Experimentation (Complement-ARIE) Program.
The aim of Complementary ARIE Program is to accelerate the development, standardization, validation, and use of human-based New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) that will transform the way we conduct basic, translational, and clinical science. NAMs are laboratory-based (in vitro and in chemico) or computer-based (in silico) research approaches designed to more accurately model human biology and complement or, in some cases, replace traditional research models.

HorIISA Cycle - Day 3: Partnerships in Health

This workshop aims to explore Partnerships in the Horizon Europe programme: what they are, how they are structured and funding opportunities in Health. The ERA4Health, EP PerMed and Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) programmes will be presented, detailing their objectives, requirements and where to find information. The training is aimed at professionals and researchers in health and related areas, such as digital health, data analysis or development of applied technologies.
Horizon IIS AragĂłn 2025 for the promotion of internationalisation (HorIISA) (action GPE2023-001342-P, funded by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033) aims to increase participation, leadership and the rate of economic return in the Horizon Europe Programme, positioning our activity at an international level and strengthening scientific alliances.

first EP PerMed Conference on Personalized Medicine Research
EP PerMed will host its first EP PerMed Conference on Personalized Medicine Research on 11-12 February 2025 in Berlin, Germany, followed by a Training Workshop on 12-13 February. During the one-and-a-half-day event, various fields of current personalized medicine research will be explored, considering multiple approaches, such as:
Methodologies that specifically support research in personalized medicine and the translation of this research into clinical practice;
Areas of application with a specific focus on more personalized prevention;
Inclusivity, focusing on women's health and personalized medicine for children and adolescents.
