September 13, 2024The International Zendal Awards were created with the aim of recognizing the work of those institutions,
public or private, which carry out their work in both the field of animal and human health, and which
have demonstrated merit and commitment in their performance, related to vaccines, prevention,
biotechnology and the One Health concept.
There are 2 categories of awards:
- Human Health Award: Donation to a public or private institution whose objective is to contribute to improving people's lives in the field of health and prevention.
- Animal Health Award: Donation to a public or private institution whose objective is to contribute to improving the lives of animals in the field of health and prevention.
The jury will take into account the following attributes:
- Innovation and research relevance
- Project viability
- Applicability of the findings both nationally and internationally
- Contribution to the improvement of life in terms of progress and well-being
In addition, special value will be given to those projects that have made relevant contributions in:
- Biotechnology Research
- Knowledge Transfer
- Innovation/Social Transformation
- Health
Presentation of Candidacies
Applications must be submitted in Spanish or English using the official form, to be completed hereIt must be accompanied by the report of the research project presented, which must be presented in Word format, Times New Roman 14pt font, 1,5 point line spacing and a maximum length of 5 pages.
Applications may be supported by a letter of support from the person responsible for the research or a relevant person linked to universities, hospitals or research centres.
Deadline: October 4 from 2024.
