29 July 2024Cooperative Research Networks Oriented to Health Results (RICORS) are structures made up of a set of research groups that have a common, concrete and achievable research objective. These multidisciplinary groups belong to a variable set of biomedical research centers, dependent on the different public administrations or the private sector and belonging to a minimum of ten Autonomous Communities.
The purpose of this action is to achieve health results, available to scientists, healthcare professionals, patients and the general population, which represent an improvement, as a consequence of the generation of knowledge, in healthcare practice in all its phases, of the pathologies included in the thematic areas of the call.
The specific objectives of this call are:
- Promote research aimed at health results through the coordination of the research network in the field of the SNS around a specific and defined research objective, of specific use to all citizens.
- Structure R&D&I between research groups from different Autonomous Communities, directing their research activity towards common objectives that allow obtaining results that can be transferred to the population.
The proposals presented must belong to only one of the following thematic areas:
- Primary care, chronicity, and health promotion.
- Inflammation and immunopathology of organs and systems.
- Advanced therapies. (Cell therapies and gene therapies).
- Cerebral vascular diseases.
