The draft addendum to the Health Cluster Work Programme 2026-2027 has been published, with new dates planned for the 2027 calls for proposals.

The European Commission has published in the Comitology Registry Portal: Draft Addendum to the European Horizon Health Cluster Work Programme 2026-2027, which incorporates, among other modifications, an update of the planned opening and closing dates of several calls for proposals corresponding to 2027.

Being a draft documentThe dates included are of a provisional and may be modified before the adoption and official publication of the Work Programme.

However, this information is of great interest to research groups, as it allows them to anticipate the planning of future proposals and the preparation of international consortia.

The opening of the HORIZON-HEALTH-2027-01 and HORIZON-HEALTH-2027-02-two-stage calls is planned for the end of October 2026, with a submission deadline until mid-February 2027, allowing potential applicants to start in advance defining their project ideas, searching for partners and preparing proposals.

The European Projects Office of the IIS Aragón recommends that interested groups begin preparing proposals as soon as possible and contact the OPE to assess the suitability of their ideas, identify international partners and plan their participation in these calls, always bearing in mind that the dates indicated will not be definitive until the official approval of the Work Programme by the European Commission.
