September 18, 2019 The Southwestern Europe Territorial Cooperation Program (Interreg Sudoe Program) is a transnational cooperation program between the five States of this geographical area (Spain, France, Portugal, the United Kingdom and the Principality of Andorra).
The main objective of this European Programme, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), is to support regional development in South-West Europe by contributing to the Europe 2020 strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth.
Two priority axes of the Program will be open within the framework of this call:
• Axis 1: Promote innovation capabilities for intelligent and sustainable growth.
• Axis 2: Protect the environment and promote the efficiency of resources.
The project applications presented in this call must respect the characteristics established for each specific objective of the 2 open axes, detailed in point 7 of the document: official text of the fourth call for projects.
The candidacy dossier (1st phase) is composed of:
• The Project Proposal that must be presented in the languages of the beneficiaries involved in the project (Spanish, French, Portuguese, English).
• The Responsible and Commitment Declaration, to be presented only in the language of the main beneficiary.
• The Declarations of Interest of the beneficiaries presented in their respective languages.
All this information must be sent through eSudoe before 12:00:00 (noon, UTC+2) on October 25, 2019.
In addition, the original version of the Responsible and Commitment Declaration, duly signed and sealed by the legal representative of the main beneficiary entity, must be sent in paper format by certified postal mail no later than October 25, 2019, attesting to the date of the postmark, and indicating on the envelope “Fourth Call for SUDOE projects”, the priority axis and the acronym of the project, to the following address:
