Next Monday, September 25, at 17 p.m. in the Assembly Hall of the CIBA Building, the IIS Aragón will present the "Patient in Science" project, a proposal selected in the call for aid to promote scientific, technological and innovation culture. of FECYT and which will run from October 2023 to June 2024.
The event is open to anyone who wants to see the proposal first-hand. The project seeks to enhance the interaction between citizens, patients and the research group with the objectives of increasing knowledge and understanding of science and technology in the field of health, and facilitating the participation of patients in research and innovation projects.
“Patient in Science” consists of training actions and activities in which patients and citizens in general, together with researchers, will generate solutions and content of various kinds that combine creativity and scientific rigor.
The project, open to all citizens and people linked to any patient association with a presence in Aragon, It has the collaboration of the patient associations AECC, ASPANOA, ASAPME and ATADES.
The “Patient in Science” project is closely linked to the strategic initiative of the IIS Aragón to incorporate citizens and patients into the Institute's research and innovation.
