- Researchers who carry out their work in Aragon or who maintain special links with the Autonomous Community of Aragon.
- Entities, public or private research centers or organizations and public or private universities that carry out their research work in Aragon or maintain special links with the Autonomous Community of Aragon.
Categories
- Aragón Investiga Award for Research Excellence “Miguel Servet”. This category is intended to recognize researchers who have distinguished themselves for their research career of excellence, carrying out nationally and internationally recognized work in the field of basic research, applied research or technology transfer.
- Aragón Investigative Prize for Young People “Blanca Catalán de Ocón”. This category is intended to recognize young researchers under 35 years of age on the date of publication of the call. The prize will be awarded considering not only the scientific achievements achieved, but also the importance and potential of the lines undertaken by the researcher.
- Aragón Award Investigates “Fidel Pagés” Entities. This category is intended to recognize those public or private organizations that have distinguished themselves for their support for research or the transfer of knowledge in Aragon.
- Aragón Investiga Award for Research with a Gender Perspective “María Andresa Casamayor”. This award is intended for those research projects in any area of knowledge that provide the gender perspective as an object of study, whether by natural or legal persons.
- Aragón Research Award “Ramón y Cajal” on relevant research in the following subcategories:
- Healthy Eating and One health.
- Health, Biotechnology and Biomedicine.
- Climate, Energy and Sustainable Mobility.
- Digital and Space Technologies.
- New Materials and Technologies for Industry.
- Social and Cultural Development.
