Procedures - Request for certificates
Certificates of participation in clinical trials and EPAs will be issued to the principal investigators and collaborators who appear in the IIS Aragon documentation.
The rest of the research support personnel who collaborate in the development of these studies must request the certificates directly from the Promoter.
Given the number of requests received, we estimate the minimum response time to be about seven days, so we recommend that you take this into account when making the request.
Project participation certificates include the name of the researcher, whether he or she is the principal investigator or collaborator of the project, project title, code, duration and resolution by which it was granted.

Stays at the IIS Aragón
To carry out a stay in research groups and/or units managed by the Aragón Health Research Institute Foundation (IIS Aragón), it is necessary to formalize the stay request.
The documentation must be sent within a minimum period of 30 calendar days from the scheduled start date of the stay.
Requirements:
Before sending the application, ensure the existence of an agreement signed between the applicant's home entity and the Aragón Health Research Institute Foundation, which regulates the carrying out of stays at the IIS Aragón.
The maximum duration of stay is 12 months.

2. The meeting room may be reserved according to availability in the reservation calendar with a maximum of 90 calendar days in advance of the requested date.
3. Exceptionally, the meeting room may be reserved up to 3 months in advance for courses or conferences.
4. For the room reservation to be effective, it must be requested at least 2 business days in advance of the requested date.
5. Exceptionally, the meeting room may be used by sending the form within less than 48 hours of the start of the meeting, as long as it is available.
6. The meeting room cannot be reserved more than 2 days a week per research group and/or IIS Aragón unit for EECC monitoring.
7. The applicant for the room will be responsible for its correct use and maintenance.

Following standard international recommendations and in order to increase the visibility of the scientific production produced by the researchers and groups that make up the IIS Aragón, the affiliation data will be reviewed in the following order:
- Author's name
- Aragón Health Research Institute. The acronym IIS Aragón may be used interchangeably.
- English version (although preferably the Spanish name will be used):

Article 57 of the consolidated text of the Finance Law of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2000, of June 29, of the Government of Aragon, establishes that the Budget for each year will be settled, in terms of the collection of rights and payment of obligations, on December 31 of the calendar year, and attributes to the Department of Finance and Public Administration the competence to regulate the accounting closing operations of the fiscal year. with the purpose of facilitating management in all entities of the regional public sector, as well as ordering the process of liquidation of the year for the formation of the General Account.
Based on this, for adequate planning and economic execution of the projects, the deadlines for processing orders and receiving invoices must comply with the Accounting Closing Instructions that are established annually by the IIS Aragón, in order to comply with both the legal and fiscal obligations of the entity such as the accounting closing deadlines.
In any case, in the case of orders charged to finalist funds subject to economic justification, these must be made at least 45 days before the end date of their execution period. Invoices must be sent to IIS Aragón at least 30 days before the end of the project, with these deadlines adjusted annually, if applicable, by the Accounting Closing Instructions.
