1Request for Certificates of Clinical Trials and Observational Post-authorization Studies

Certificates of participation in clinical trials and EPAs will be issued to the principal investigators and collaborators who appear in the IIS Aragon documentation.

The rest of the research support personnel who collaborate in the development of these studies must request the certificates directly from the Promoter.

Given the number of requests received, we estimate the minimum response time to be about seven days, so we recommend that you take this into account when making the request.

    2Request for Certificates of Competitive Call Projects

    Project participation certificates include the name of the researcher, whether he or she is the principal investigator or collaborator of the project, project title, code, duration and resolution by which it was granted.

          Stays at the IIS Aragón


          Request:
          To carry out a stay in research groups and/or units managed by the Aragón Health Research Institute Foundation (IIS Aragón), it is necessary to formalize the stay request.
          The documentation must be sent within a minimum period of 30 calendar days from the scheduled start date of the stay.

          Requirements:
          Before sending the application, ensure the existence of an agreement signed between the applicant's home entity and the Aragón Health Research Institute Foundation, which regulates the carrying out of stays at the IIS Aragón.
          The maximum duration of stay is 12 months.

                  General Information

                  The IIS Aragón has several modular training rooms , composed of three spaces separated by movable walls which allow different combinations of use:

                  • Sala 1
                  • Sala 2
                  • Sala 3

                  Allowed combinations of use:

                  • Room 1 + Room 2
                  • Room 2 + Room 3
                  • Room 1 + Room 2 + Room 3

                  La Sala 1 It is preferably oriented towards the realization of courses, conferences and training activities, so this type of event will have priority in its programming.

                  Each of the rooms in the modular space has a television with HDMI connection for projection.

                   

                  Rules of use and reservation

                  1. To use any of the available rooms, you must first send the reservation request form, completed correctly.
                  2. The reservation will be subject to the calendar availability which you will find in this web section and the compatibility of the use of the space according to its configuration.
                  3. For the reservation to be effective, it must be made with a minimum of 2 business days in advance of the requested date.
                  4. Exceptionally, the use of a room with less than 48 hours in advance, provided availability exists and approval is obtained from the management team.
                  5. If the reservation requires a specific configuration (e.g., a Room 1 + Room 2 combination), this must be clearly indicated on the request form.
                  6. The applicant will be responsible for the proper use and order of the reserved space, leaving the room in optimal conditions for the next user.
                  Furthermore, the use of these rooms is coordinated on an alternating basis with the training area of ​​the Miguel Servet University Hospital, establishing daily shifts of use Between both institutions. Exceptionally, it will be possible to request a room reservation outside of the corresponding shift, provided there is availability and the management team approves it.

                    The IIS Aragón has several meeting rooms:

                    • Meeting Room 1

                    Each of the rooms has a television with HDMI connection for projection.

                    In addition to these rooms, there is a room dedicated exclusively to the production of monitoring with up to 5 workstations.


                    Rules of use and reservation

                    1. To use any of the available rooms, you must first send the reservation request form, completed correctly.
                    2. The reservation will be subject to the calendar availability which you will find in this web section and the compatibility of the use of the space according to its configuration.
                    3. Any room can be reserved with a maximum advance notice of 90 calendar days with respect to the requested date.
                    4. For the reservation to be effective, it must be made with a minimum of 2 business days in advance of the requested date.
                    5. Exceptionally, the use of a room with less than 48 hours in advance, provided availability exists and approval is obtained from the management team.
                    6. It will not be possible to reserve a room more than 2 days a week by research group or unit of the IIS Aragón for activities other than Clinical Trial monitoring.
                    7. The applicant will be responsible for the proper use and order of the reserved space, leaving the room in optimal conditions for the next user.
                    8. The management team reserves the right to modify, rearrange or reject reservations for organizational reasons, number of attendees, conflict of use or non-compliance with these rules.

                          Room settings: Make sure to arrange the furniture in the desired configuration before use and at the end of the session leave the room in the same condition as you found it.

                            Following standard international recommendations and in order to increase the visibility of the scientific production produced by the researchers and groups that make up the IIS Aragón, the affiliation data will be reviewed in the following order:

                            • Aragón Health Research Institute. The acronym IIS Aragón may be used interchangeably.
                            • English version (although preferably the Spanish name will be used):

                            5Accounting Closing Instructions

                            Article 54 of the consolidated text of the Finance Law of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, approved by Legislative Decree 3/2023, of May 17, of the Government of Aragon, establishes that the Budget of each year will be settled, with regard to the collection of rights and the payment of obligations, on December 31 of the calendar year, and attributes to the head of the department competent in matters of finance the power to regulate the accounting closing operations of the year with the purpose of facilitating management in all entities of the regional public sector, as well as ordering the process of liquidation of the year for the formation of the General Account.

                            Based on this, for adequate planning and economic execution of the projects, the deadlines for processing orders and receiving invoices must comply with the Accounting Closing Instructions that are established annually by the IIS Aragón, in order to comply with both the legal and fiscal obligations of the entity such as the accounting closing deadlines.

                            In any case, in the case of orders charged to finalist funds subject to economic justification, these must be made at least 45 days before the end date of their execution period. Invoices must be sent to IIS Aragón at least 30 days before the end of the project, with these deadlines adjusted annually, if applicable, by the Accounting Closing Instructions.
