Under the title “COMPASION AND PARENTING: EDUCATE FROM SECURE ATTACHMENT” this project seeks to study the relationship between the levels of compassion and self-compassion of Spanish-speaking fathers and mothers residing in Spain with parental styles, attachment styles, parenting conscious, stress and parental burnout.
Several professors from the Department of Psychology and Sociology of the University of Zaragoza and IIS Aragón are carrying out a study on parenting.
The project is titled “COMPASSION AND PARENTING: EDUCATE FROM SECURE ATTACHMENT”. The main objective of this research is to study the relationship between the levels of compassion and self-compassion of Spanish-speaking fathers and mothers residing in Spain with parenting styles, attachment styles, conscious parenting, stress and parental burnout.
Participation requires only the online completion of the following questionnaire (about 20 minutes long):

The only requirement to be able to participate is to be the father or mother of a child or children between the ages of 0 and 12.
