The University of Zaragoza and the IIS Aragón sign an agreement to promote educational communication for health.

The objective of the agreement is to collaborate in activities related to health educommunication.

The rector of the University of Zaragoza, Rosa Bolea, and the executive director of the Aragon Health Research Institute (IIS Aragón), Oscar Lopez, have signed this morning an agreement between the two entities with the aim of collaborating in carrying out dissemination activities on topics related to the educommunication en health matter.

Thus, the celebration of meetings and conferences aimed at the exchange of information between specialists, in the format of workshop-seminars on scientific disclosure, as well as the creation of new formats podcasts and microvideos with content on this topic.

Planned activities include the production of four podcast series on topics related to palliative care patients and their caregivers, mental health and older adults, wellness for women going through menopause, and solutions to learning disabilities, among others.

Collaboration is also planned in research activities, the development of an APP on mental health for young people based on the TRIC model, developed by the GICID group; as well as the completion of final project (FYP) and final project (TFM) projects on the usefulness and audience comprehension of new health information content formats.
