The sessions will be held on June 13 and 14 in the Assembly Hall of the Madre de Dios Building of the University of Castilla la Mancha (Toledo)
The days "Interdisciplinary advances in health: convergence between biotechnology and advanced materials” is an event organized jointly by the Complementary Plans for Biotechnology Applied to Health and Advanced Materials, coordinated respectively by the Autonomous Communities of Catalonia and Valencia.
The conferences will be a meeting place and networking that will help stimulate and strengthen collaborations between the different actors in the Spanish research ecosystem in the field of materials and biotechnology.
During the first day of the conference, the main strategic lines of both Complementary Plans will be presented and their possible synergies will be analyzed. They will also have two conferences.
During the second day of the conference, parallel work sessions will be held to promote the creation of new synergies between the different actors of the Spanish scientific ecosystem, both inside and outside the Complementary Plans. The work topics will be related to instrumental techniques such as drug release with nanoparticles and sensorization, biomaterials, 3D printing and implants.
