SEMINAR CONTENT:
The Services of IACS Proteomics and Mass Spectrometry of the INMA-ISQCH have recently acquired a high-resolution mass spectrometer TIMSTOF FLEX (Bruker) coupled to an Evosep HPLC.
This new equipment allows differential protein expression experiments to be carried out in liquid protein extracts using HPLC-ESI-MS/MS.
In addition, it is possible to carry out Spatial Omics studies using the MALDI IMAGING technique that allows different molecular profiles (lipids, small molecules and peptides) to be detected in tissue sections.
