Consequently, as in previous exercises, in the ORDER HAP/1138/2019, of September 12, on the closing of the 2019 budget year and the opening of the 2020 year, of the Department of Finance and Public Administration (BOA no. 181 of 16/09/2019), the instructions and deadlines are set for the closing of the accounting as well as for the rendering of the annual accounts, establishing that, for the IIS Aragón Foundation As an entity of the autonomous public sector, closing operations must be accommodated to the deadlines established in this order, without prejudice to the specialties, regarding the document reception offices and the way of documenting the accounting operations, which result from its legal status and its accounting regime.
Based on this, for adequate planning and economic execution of the projects managed by the Health Research Institute and, in order to comply with both the legal and fiscal obligations of the entity as well as the accounting closing deadlines, the processing of the accounting documents for the execution of the 2019 Expenditure Budget will be carried out in accordance with the following deadlines:
- Expenditure proposals (purchase requests) charged to the 2019 budget: Entry deadline in icompras application 29.11.2019
- Invoices and other expense documents charged to the 2019 budget: Deadline for entry into IIS Management Units 10.12.2019
- Invoices received after 10.12.2019/2020/XNUMX will be processed and paid from the XNUMX budget.
