Article 57 of the consolidated text of the Finance Law of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2000, of June 29, of the Government of Aragon, establishes that the Budget for each year will be settled, in terms of the collection of rights and payment of obligations, on December 31 of the calendar year, and attributes to the Department of Finance and Public Administration the competence to regulate the accounting closing operations of the year with the purpose of facilitating management in all entities in the sector. autonomous public, as well as ordering the process of liquidation of the year for the formation of the General Account.
Based on this, for adequate planning and economic execution of the projects managed by the IIS Aragón and, in order to comply with both the legal and fiscal obligations of the entity as well as the accounting closing deadlines, the processing of the accounting documents for the execution of the 2021 Expenditure Budget will be carried out in accordance with the
following deadlines:
* Invoices and other expense documents charged to the 2021 budget:
Entry deadline through the electronic mailbox suppliers@iisaragon.es 15.12.2021/2021/XNUMX except for those projects that finish execution in XNUMX whose deadline has been established on 10.12.2021
* Invoices received after 15.12.2021/XNUMX/XNUMX will be processed and paid charged to the 2022 budget.
