Health Tech Aragon is a new entrepreneurship program in research and technology in the strategic Health sector organized by the Aragonese Institute of Development in which the Aragon Health Research Institute, the Aragonese Institute of Health Sciences, the Aragon Health Cluster participate. (AraHealth), Banco de Sabadell and SODIAR.
Its objective is to discover and accelerate projects, facilitate an effective transfer of knowledge between companies and research, and solve real needs for society through innovation.
There are 2 different categories of participation:
- Discovery, Developments of technological knowledge from research groups at Universities and Research Centers that may have a commercial opportunity will be sought.
- Missions-Challenges, competitive solutions will be sought from entrepreneurs and/or recently created startups to problems in the health sector and the companies that operate in it.
The program will provide in-person and telematic work sessions, training and tutoring through a specific virtual platform that will facilitate knowledge and collaboration between peers. A large group of professional experts from the sector will work supporting the selected projects.
