CALL FOR SOCIAL PROJECTS BY LA CAIXA FOUNDATION

Through the Calls for Social Projects of the "la Caixa" Foundation, we collaborate with social entities to promote initiatives aimed especially at people who are in vulnerable situations and which aim at social inclusion, the promotion of equal opportunities and the improvement of quality of life.

Requirements

The entities that can apply for the call are:

• Non-profit entities.
• Social economy entities that, whether for-profit or not, among the purposes indicated in their statutes explicitly include social cohesion or social and/or cultural interest as their main objective.
• Non-profit cultural entities that, among the purposes indicated in their statutes, explicitly state as their main objective social cohesion or social and/or cultural interest

Public administrations are excluded from this call.

Entities and delegations with a current agreement may apply for the 2024 Calls for Social Projects. To do so, they must complete a status report describing the degree of execution of the selected project in 2024. The status report must be submitted at the time of applying for aid through the Calls application.

The calls contemplate different areas and transversal lines of action:

• Scope of Activity
  • Senior Citizens
  • Disability, mental disorder or illness
  • Poverty and social inclusion
• Transversal lines of action (All of them understood as social action activities that can be applied in a transversal manner to the different areas of action, with adaptation to each one of them.)
  • Social and labour integration
  • Access to temporary residential resources
  • Intercultural coexistence
  • Promoting healthy habits and emotional management
  • Prevention of violence and addictions
  • Culture as a tool for social inclusion
  • digital inclusion

The application must be submitted electronically through the call for applications application.
