HorIISA Cycle: Horizon Europe Proposal Writing Workshop: IMPLEMENTATION section (Day 6)

Horizon IIS Aragón 2025 for the promotion of internationalization (HorIISA), aims Increase participation, leadership and the rate of economic return in the Horizon Program Europe, positioning our activity at an international level and strengthening scientific alliances.
The HorIISA Cycle is aimed at both researchers and European project managers. The purpose is to provide staff with the necessary tools to access financing opportunities and professional development in the international arena, as well as the correct management of projects and dissemination From the results.
Matchday 4: Horizon Europe Cluster 1 Health and Cancer Missions Program
This workshop is designed to improve the writing of the Implementation section of Horizon Europe proposals, a key element in demonstrating project viability. We will discuss how to structure tasks, manage timelines, prepare coherent budgets, and design robust work packages. We will analyze the Lump Sum approach and how it affects planning, as well as review a practical case study. We will also cover how to justify the consortium's capabilities and conclude with practical recommendations and the evaluator's perspective. This training is ideal for those already working on proposals and want to strengthen one of the most technical and crucial sections.
