SESSION 4 - Regional health administrations: improvements in public procurement

La IACS Chair of CPI in health The Spanish Ministry of Health is organizing a new series of seminars with the aim of optimizing public procurement in health, providing specific keys aimed at improving the four essential phases of the contract: preparation, selection and award, execution and measurement of its impact. To do so, they will have professionals from various areas related to public procurement, both from the public and private sectors: local and regional administration, hospital management and the pharmaceutical industry, so that they can learn from their strategy, their successes and also, where appropriate, from the mistakes made.

Common objectives:

• Sharing experiences and best practices in purchasing management
• Promote the exchange of knowledge between different fields
• Provide practical tools for optimizing procurement processes
