The program “The Patient as Protagonist” holds a new dialogue session at the Miguel Servet University Hospital

Professionals, patients and associations participate in a meeting to advance the humanization of healthcare, promoted by the Zaragoza II Sector with the scientific endorsement of the IIS Aragón

The Miguel Servet University Hospital has hosted a new dialogue table within the framework of the "The Patient as Protagonist" program, an initiative of the Zaragoza II Sector that seeks to improve the experience of people in the health system through active listening, collaboration and the development of humanization projects.

The meeting, held on November 5 in classroom 2 of the Teaching building, brought together hospital professionals, representatives of associations and patients to reflect on the progress made in recent years and to raise new challenges in person-centered care.

With the scientific endorsement of the Aragon Health Research Institute (IIS Aragon), “The Patient as Protagonist” is consolidated as a benchmark project in the integration of the patient's perspective within healthcare practice and in the continuous improvement of the quality of service.
