A professional conference to address clinical innovation, healthcare management and health outcomes from a multidisciplinary perspective
El Aragon Health Research Institute (IIS Aragon) celebrates on February 17th the IV Menarini Classroom Conference, a professional meeting under the title “New horizons in breast cancer: science, clinical practice and management”, which will take place from 16:00 PM onwards at the Miguel Servet University Hospital.
The conference aims to analyze how innovation in breast cancer is driving a paradigm shift that integrates scientific and clinical advances with new demands on healthcare organization and resource management. The incorporation of increasingly personalized therapies with greater clinical value requires professionals trained to work in multidisciplinary models, optimize care pathways, and make decisions based on health outcomes.
In this context, the meeting will focus on collaboration between clinics, pharmacies and management as a strategic element to guarantee equity in access to treatments, the sustainability of the health system and the consolidation of comprehensive and quality care for breast cancer patients within the National Health System.
The 4th Menarini Classroom Conference is aimed at drug management managers, healthcare professionals involved in the evaluation and access to therapies, doctors, pharmacists, members of evaluation committees, representatives of healthcare management and university professionals interested in drug procurement policies.
The program will begin with an official welcome and continue with three lectures focusing on the clinical management of breast cancer, innovation and health outcomes, and the optimization of care pathways. The day will conclude with an open question and answer session and a dialogue among the attendees.
The activity is organized by the IIS Aragón, with the collaboration of Menarini Group, and has the support of the Aragonese Health Service and the University of Zaragoza.
The event will be held on the 1st floor of the Miguel Servet University Hospital, in Training Rooms 1 and 2.
