For the twenty-eighth year, El Periódico de Aragón has convened the Awards Aragonese of the Year, a contest that recognizes those people, entities and groups that have been relevant during 2021 in Aragon. The awards are divided into five categories: Sports, Culture, Science and Technology, Business and Human Values.
This year, the IIS Aragón Group "Research in Neurosciences", lead by Javier Marta Moreno and who coordinates the Neurovascular Unit at the HU Miguel Servet and works as a Professor in the Department of Medicine, Psychiatry and Dermatology at the University of Zaragoza, has been nominated in the Science and Technology category, which highlights the excellent research, care and teaching activity that his group has been carrying out at the HU Miguel Servet and the IIS Aragón.
