• Last Wednesday, March 29, it began el I Dissemination Cycle IIS Aragón, Health and Science Conferences, in El Patio de la Infanta, from the Ibercaja Foundation.

• In the first session, innova proposals were announcedteachers in Primary Care.

Since last Wednesday, March 29, and until December, Ibercaja Patio de la Infanta hosts the I Dissemination Cycle IIS Aragón, Health and Science Conferences, organized by the Aragón Health Research Institute (IIS Aragón).

The first session 'Innovation also in Primary Health Care' has been designed and coordinated by the IIS Aragón Research Program “Public Health, Chronicity, Health Services and Primary Care. In the session, moderated by the Program Coordinator and national reference in Primary Health Care, Dr. Rosa Magallón, 5 projects were presented that address as many problems or lines of improvement, such as intervention based on or mindfulness through immersive virtual reality to promote mental health, or the 'MINDxYOU' program, aimed at health professionals to reduce stress and improve mental health through or mindfulness, compassion and acceptance. These two projects were presented by Yolanda López, researcher at the University of Zaragoza and the IIS Aragón.

Similarly, the doctor and researcher Inmaculada Callejas announced a study with the application of ICT in the control of overweight and obese patients in Primary Care. Attendees also had the opportunity to learn about an app to improve the quality of life in people with persistent COVID, presented by IIS Aragón researcher, Sandra León, and another mobile health application for transporters, called 'Proyecto Cristóbal', presented by its promoter, Dr. Amelia Cantarero.
