August 3, 2026The Carlos III Health Institute (ISCIII) has published the 2026 call for grant applications for the Maintenance and implementation of the Science and Technology-related Precision Medicine Infrastructure (IMPaCT)Whose
The call for proposals maintains the three programs that make up IMPaCT:
- Predictive Medicine, focused on the maintenance and development of a large population cohort with clinical, epidemiological and biological data.
- Data science, focused on the integration and analysis of clinical, molecular and genetic data.
- Genomic Medicine, aimed at developing a cooperative infrastructure for highly complex genetic studies, with special attention to rare and undiagnosed diseases.
The actions will last for five years and will be developed through multi-center projects, with a single beneficiary entity for each program and different participating entities.
The call has a maximum funding of 50 million euros, distributed in an estimated way between Predictive Medicine (80%), Data Science (10%) and Genomic Medicine (10%).
