The Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC), in its commitment to promoting research, has launched a new call for its Predoctoral Grants aimed at the multidisciplinary training of researchers with degrees in science or engineering.
These grants will allow researchers to carry out a Doctoral Thesis in cancer in a leading Research Center, with the support of a Receiving Group with an accredited scientific track record. This aid is endowed with a total of 66.000 gross euros at a rate of 22.000 gross euros per year (including the cost of social security and personal income tax), renewable annually to finance the researcher's salary.
In order to participate in the call, it is essential to present a report that includes the approach of a cancer research project that may be aimed at epidemiological studies, prevention, diagnosis of the disease, development of new treatment strategies, etc.
The deadline for submitting applications ends on October 15, 2020, at 15:00 p.m. (peninsular time).
