4 February, 2026The FERO Cancer Research Foundation announces the 5th FERO Dr. Baselga Grant in Translational Cancer Research, with the aim of promoting cancer research in Spain.
The purpose of the scholarship is:
- To promote research and development of excellence in the field of oncology in Spain
- To expedite the dissemination of scientific advances in oncology to benefit patients sooner
- To help establish groups led by established or emerging researchers in the field of oncology in Spain
- To equip exceptional leaders with the resources they need to unleash their full creativity and translate their discoveries into clinical practice
- Expanding the legacy of FERO's founder, Dr. Josep Baselga, whose dream was to defeat cancer through translational research
