The Projects and Scientific Management Unit at the IIS Aragón promotes the development of professional careers from the outset, as pre- and post-doctoral researchers. This allows researchers to join the various research groups at the IIS Aragón, including opportunities for national and international mobility.

Its main functions are:

• Identification and dissemination of calls for proposals from various national, regional, and private programs to raise funding to develop, attract, and retain talent.
• Information and professional support for applying for pre- and post-doctoral research contracts that enable the training of research staff based on the classification of research staff according to the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) framework.
• Organization of research career conferences and future perspectives.
• Support for IIS Aragón researchers in their search for mobility opportunities.
• Support for IIS Aragón researchers in the scientific monitoring of the work carried out by them.
