November 18, 2024An estimated 16 grants are available for predoctoral research at universities or research centers in the United States in any discipline, for a period of between six and twelve months:
This program is aimed at Spanish graduates who are pursuing their PhD in Spain and are interested in carrying out predoctoral research projects in the USA. A letter of invitation from an American institution is required to apply for this call.
Applicant Requirements:
A. Spanish nationality.
B. Be enrolled in a PhD program at a Spanish university, have completed the first year, have approved the research plan and have a positive evaluation.
C. Adequate knowledge of the English language - spoken and written -, as demonstrated by: TOEFL Internet Based Test (IBT - minimum score 94); TOEFL Essentials Test with a minimum score of 9,5; IELTS Academic Version (minimum score 6,5); Duolingo (minimum score 115). Only exams taken after January 1, 2022 will be valid.
