Research
The IIS Aragón carries out comprehensive management of research calls, the process of which begins with the dissemination of the call and the proactive search for researchers and ends with the final justification of the aid.
During the entire period of validity, researchers have a manager who supports the execution of the aid, resolves the most common management doubts and provides support in the relationship with the financing entity.
Innovation
The Innovation Unit of the IIS Aragón seeks to enhance the capabilities and research results of its health professionals and serve as a bridge between them and society by making available to the latter the research, teaching and collaboration capabilities generated by its research groups.

Clinical trials
Clinical trials respond to clinical research that is carried out prior to the marketing of a new medicine. This research must be done with the maximum guarantees of safety for the individuals who participate; taking into account strict scientific, ethical and legal principles.
The IIS Aragón Clinical Research Unit provides support for the implementation of clinical trials and observational post-authorization studies carried out at the Miguel Servet University Hospital Hospital Complex, Lozano Blesa University Clinical Hospital and in Primary Care.
